As we navigate the uncertain times ahead during the COVID 19 public health crisis, we want to give you an update on how we plan to continue to provide our patients with easily accessible and responsive medical care.
We plan to keep our office open, with our usual business hours, during this crisis for as long as it is safe for our patients, our staff and the community and within the mandates of local and federal government.
We are now offering Telemedicine visits for many routine follow ups, as well as for acute issues, including those related to COVID-19. You may schedule visits by calling the office during normal business hours, online through the patient portal or through the Healow app. In person office visits will be scheduled only if necessary. Copayments and deductibles for Telemedicine visit are being waived during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as per New York State mandate as long as a portion of the visit is related to COVID-19, including general counseling.
For non-urgent messages and prescription requests, patients who are enabled on our patient portal should continue to utilize it. If you are not enabled on our patient portal, please call the office to obtain a username and password as soon as possible.
Telemedicine visits for urgent matters only will also be available on Saturdays and Sundays and can be scheduled through the patient portal or Healow app.
